The University of Western Macedonia coordinating the DEMANDS project (demands-project.eu) funded under the Erasmus+ Partnerships for Cooperation in the field of Vocational Education and Training” will be actively involved in the two key upcoming events organized in Seville, Spain on 4-5 November 2025, aiming at strengthening communication, intercultural skills, and workforce inclusion in the context of the green energy transition.
- 1st DEMANDS Multiplier Event – Empowering Skills for a Fair Energy Transition

This event brings together educators, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and low-skilled workers to:
- Present the project’s aims, preliminary outcomes, and resources
- Share results from the needs assessment conducted among trainers and adult learners
- Offer a live preview of the DEMANDS Open Educational Platform demands-project.eu
- Host a panel discussion with experts on skills, inclusion, and the energy transition demands-project.eu
- Foster networking and collaboration among European stakeholders demands-project.eu
- Participation is free but registration to the event required is rewquired demands-project.eu. The event will be organized in a hybrid format allowing both in-person and virtual participation for the Multiplier Event demands-project.eu.
- 1st DEMANDS Training the Trainers Activity

This training is designed to prepare vocational trainers to deliver communication, intercultural, and soft skills education to low-skilled adult learners. Key focus areas include:

- Understanding and leveraging nonverbal communication demands-project.eu
- Hands-on practice, case studies, and peer exchange demands-project.eu
